VEDOR breakfast is included from 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM (Pavilion Building)
An assortment of foods including muffins, fruit, coffee & juice
Light snacks and soda, etc. will be delivered to vendors in the afternoon
VENDOR Lunch is provided by Casa Amiga for FREE from 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM
There will be a taco bar inside the Pavilion Room (see map)
Up to two lunch tickets will be provided to each vendor
FREE hot dogs, chips and bottles of water are also being provided to all senior fair visitors.
Maps are attached with all vendor booth spaces; if you see an issue with where you are placed, you need to contact us ASAP. Please note which building your booth is in (Pavilion or Commercial).
Remember to bring your own tablecloth; a table and two chairs for each booth are provided.
You can set up the night before or the morning of (see attached document for those details).
Don’t forget to bring hanging materials for your banners/signs! Zip ties work great!
Remember that there is NO early breakdown. We are asking every vendor to remain set up until 3pm.
The entire senior fair is themed Country & Western!
We have lots of western themed swag to hand out as folks arrive!
ALL VENDORS must park behind the Commercial Building (marked on JOCO Fairgrounds map attached).
There will be golf carts helping to transport seniors to and from the parking lot.
There is a VETERAN’S CEREMONY happening in the Parking lot at 1:00 PM.
KAJO will be onsite doing a live broadcast from 10:00 AM 2:00 PM
Workshops will be help in the Floral Building. There will be a projector, laptop and screen for you to use. You will have very limited time between classes to get going, so please show up on time to teach your class, and please be prepared to end your workshop approximately 5 minutes before the next workshop is scheduled to begin (so that we can be timely with turning over the classrooms).
