The Rogue Chapter of the Non Commissioned Officers Association is proud to recognize Steve Armstrong as our January 2026 Member of the Month.
Steve is an Army veteran who resides in Grants Pass and has been an active member of our chapter since May 2024. In that short time, he has already made a meaningful impact through his willingness to step up and serve whenever help is needed.
Most recently, Steve volunteered his time and resources to support Wreaths Across America, bringing his truck and assisting with both the placement and pick-up of wreaths. His involvement didn’t stop there—Steve exemplifies a true “can-do” attitude, consistently reaching out to ask, “How can I help?”
Steve’s dedication has not gone unnoticed. His efforts were recognized and deeply appreciated by the Chapter Chairman and were also called out by several fellow members—an acknowledgment that speaks volumes about the respect he has earned within our organization.
